The AK Surf Foil was developed specifically as a Surf Crossover Foil to perform in small to medium size waves, and as a light wind, lower speed kite wing. The rear X-Wing configuration creates the option for the wings set ‘tips up’ for more stability, or ‘tips down’ for improved carving and surfing. The intermediate aspect ratio front wing with updated profiles, provide the perfect balance between maneuverability, speed and pumping.
Designer’s notes: Ride the Surf foil with a 60cm mast when learning or an 80cm mast for advanced riding.
